I am using this tape for something that properly people did not buy it to use. I had a problem on a stainless-steel dehydrator that had very sharp edges due to thin gage sheet metal and quality issues.It could not be easily disassembled to remove the sharp edges due to the way it was constructed. This issue rendered the dehydrator unusable as it was a safety hazard. I was able to use this tape to tape over the sharp edges and remedy this situation.This tape applied easily without any issue to cover all the sharp edges. I purchased my heat shrink & seal machine a while back. Since, the high temperature tape on it needed to be peeled away to replace the heating wire that broke with lots of use. Of course, I wanted the tape replaced. The tape the machine came with was not as wide as the initial tape installed, so it kept coming off..This 1" thick did the job and holds down the heating wire perfectly! Super smooth heat shrinks every time now. This is super recommended stuff for extreme high temp stuff. It just might give off a little bit of a smell for the first few uses especially as it heats up to crazy temperatures.

I have been using hot sealers for years and the regular non-stick teflon replacements I always used burned extremely fast. I came across this product and I was hesitant that the adhesive was not going to work, but I decided to try this product since it was fiberglass. I was impressed! it does not burn easily and it is very easy to apply since it has adhesive. I recommend this product very much. The fact that it comes in a roll make it easier to just cut to the size that you need. Amazing product!

Adheres well. I used it on a window frame to seal up extra space after installing a portable room A/C unit. This color was closest to white. I also liked the fact that when I pulled off the tape from the window frame, no residue was left behind. Worked for my project.

Good quality, good price. Nothing exciting about teflon tape.

Works well! Sous vide bags release easy and don’t have to be peeled off like other heat sealer tapes.

It did not work for my application

nice replacement strip for my pulse sealer.Lasted longer than the first strip that came with the machine. But not as long as the tape I used to use on a commercial unit.

This stuff is great for high temperature applications. It's a lower strength adhesive which is fine for my application.

Awesome stuff. I wrapped my 3d printer heater bed with this to stop heater leakage. Worked very nicely. My printer heat-bed do longer struggles to maintain 90+ degree temperatures.
