Q: How much iron is in it?

If 1 mg of heme iron, then this is a HORRIBLE product. That is only 6 mg per serving, 30 servings for $50. There are others on here for the same price that will give 24 mg of heme per serving for 30 servings (fewer pills in the bottle, but what matters is the servings in the bottle) A large # of pills is either because they are just giving you dehydrated blood, liver, etc, but not refined. Or they are trying to fool people that divide price by pills (amazon i think does that unethical practice) instead of dividing price by equivalent servings/ Where you have to decide your daily dose. Decide for each product how many of THEIR pills it will take to get at LEAST that dose. Then determine how many of that products pills you will need each month(quarter, year). Then the cost to buy that many pills. Repeat for each product to determine the best cost. AND then you have to research the HONESTY of the seller and the manufacturer. Do they have any heme iron in their product???

I’d like to know the same. Because the bottle itself doesn’t say. I do know it was recommended to me to get heme iron instead of whatever else that doesn’t help.
