GREAT LOOK & ACTUALLY WORKED
Although there were MANY comments indicating bad experiences, we haven't had a nightmare scenario yet. We MAY even get another one soon if no technical issues arise.

Yealink doesn't stand behind their products if not purchased from a licensed dealer
We had an issue with one of the wireless handsets on these phones. The issue happened after the 30 day Amazon return policy. Yealink would not replace our handset as they said they didn't know the reseller. I worked with Yealink for several months trying to get them to replace the handset. Here is a quote from the Yealink representative:Willing to help but unable to do so, under the epidemic situation, it is almost impossible to send you a single device from China. I hope you can understand that. I am really sorry.We have feedbacks with Amazon about this online store many times, but the result has not been well handled. We hope you can also report back to Amazon and inform them that this is an unauthorized store, so as to push Amazon to deal with it and prevent more people from suffering losses.So needless to say I'm not very pleased.

works perfect
great deal works great. Had an issue where I had to revert the firmware to get the bluetooth handset to connect but that was due to zoom phone, not yealink. I bought a second phone it also works great.

Great Phone
Ringcentral provisions this phone automatically seamlessly. But NOT the T58A so stay away from that if you're using Ringcentral. I have nothing but praise for this phone so far and I've got two of them.

Awesome phone
Easy to provision with Vonage. love not having a cord on the head set and I also set up my email on it and set up a email widget.

Before you buy
I bought a Yealink T58 PRO phone, IP desk phone. Yea link products come with a year warranty. This is a $500 phone. Gone bad after the 8th month, Contacted Yealink sent them the logs and videos of the phone. They confirmed there's an issue with the phone and asked me to contact the seller to replace it. IAMTECH is not replacing the phone. They stopped responding. Reported this seller to Yealink will report to Amazon too.
