Arrival Date - Dont count on it..
I've ordered from Kates in the past, always receive a quality product. However, if you are trying to meet a deadline--don't rely on the "arrive by" date... My vinyl order was placed Wednesday afternoon, and it said should arrive Thursday Nov 7 (if placed within the next few hours) It DID NOT arrive yesterday (Thursday) which was only slightly inconvenient. I told myself "this stuff happens, it'll arrive tomorrow (Friday)" and planned to just work through the night to make my Saturday morning deadline.. Here it is Friday afternoon, and the only arrival was the other orders I placed several hours AFTER this one, from other suppliers--These came on time without issue. Upon checking package tracking, it is now saying it should arrive tomorrow by 9 PM! This is not only inconvenient, it's embarrassing to now have to delay my customer, and explain their order will not be ready for their event. I do a lot of gift related and "last minute" orders. Our niche, is being able to provide a prompt service for our customers sometimes with only a few hours to prepare. This order was slightly larger than my inventory, so I placed the order to check the arrival before I ever confirmed with my customer that I could meet their deadline. If this package would have arrived today (Friday, still late) I would be 100% satisfied. Now, realizing that I wont receive this package until several hours after my deadline.. It is extremely disappointing, and as much as I'd like to use the word "unacceptable", what choice have I got? There is not even a local supply for me to drive to! If some miracle takes place and this package arrives sometime today, I will update this review. But for now, I'm still trying to figure how I'm going to bail myself out of this unfortunate delay... So the point I'm trying to make here, is if you're on a strict schedule with a deadline, grant yourself 3 extra days on top of the estimated arrival date.. I wish I'd ordered through another supplier, now it's more than too late for me.

Product came damage, dirty, and dented.
This entire process has been a wreck. The product took 3 days to ship and although I wasn't set to get it until wednesday, I did get it earlier for being late. Then I open the package and one roll is thoroughly damaged. The gashes are deep and penetrate multiple vinyl layers. This is not ideal at all. Im wasting so much vinyl just cutting around the gashes. Wasted vinyl is wasted money and these rolls are over 40 bucks!I have a craft business and both rolls are absolutely needed to finish for my client. If i return the product I wont recieve a replacement in time to finish, so i need to keep it ππΎππΎππΎ

Adhesion quality questionable
I've tried this on both cotton and cotton blend fabric. At this point I would have to say that it has an issue with adhesion on cotton, cotton blend has not been washed as yet. Even with washing inside out and not using a dryer, the small letters pealed. I noticed when doing the application of the letters I had to heat press (not an iron but a press) twice to get them to come off the backing using 310F at 15Sec as paper suggested. This is the first advertised Siser EasyWeed HTV I've had this issue with, so not sure why or what the issue is. I think product thickness may have something to do with it as what I used prior did not seem as thick.

Stay with Siser
I have used multiple brands of HTV over the last few years, trying to save some money, and Siser has had the most consistent quality. Some of the other (off?) brands have been more difficult to work with, as if they were past their shelf life and have had to throw away some of it. The best way to save money is to see if your color is on sale at any given time, but buying volume (longer rolls that you cut) if you know you are going to use it is the typically the best price per square inch/foot.

White HTV as described
so far so good. Nicely packaged in a plastic wrap. I like that this is small tightly rolled vinyl vs some large rolls that are harder to store away. A tiny bit shorter than 15" wide but works for what I need at: 14.75" width. I use my heat press and on 315 and peel hot after 17 seconds.
