I broke the ulna of my right forearm, and I'm right-handed. While my arm was in a sling I still had to be able to operate my vehicle. This device solved that problem. Despite havng only one working hand/arm I was still able (with some difficulty) to attach it to the 6:00 position on the steering wheel of my Chevy Trailblazer. It was very satisfying to reenable my driving ability via this gadget until I was once again able to use my right arm and hand.The knob spins quite easily. Although its bushing is a bit loose, it presents zero resistance and never jams/binds.

This is my second one from the same seller. I drive tractor-trailer all day locally and have to maneuver a lot during my work day. The knob held up pretty well for over 2 years of heavy use! The reason why I’m getting another one is because I got a new truck so, I wanted to get a new fresh knob as well!The mounting bracing is strong and neat (not bulky). There’s NO BALL BEARING inside this knob, but just steel tube over chrome pin so, it will get loose as it wears out. And yet, it is still ok without any considerable issues. I took my new one apart and put a little bit of grease inside. Lets see how long it’ll go before it gets loose. Taking 1-star off for the price being a little high... Shouldn’t be more than $10 bucks. Overall, it is a good knob.

I bought this to.help relieve the pain in both shoulders that have a torn rotator cuff. So far it works great and really makes turning the steering wheel so much easier.

Which is what they are supposed to do! Bought two of these 1 each for the Crown Vic and the Town Car. If you know the cars you know they have a heavy steering feel! Not like the old Caddies that you could spin with one finger! These cars require a firm hand or two, to make a fast turn. Having a bad shoulder from a fall that doesn't like big movements and having experience with my big rig driving in the past felt this was the way to go!They work great and do what they are supposed to do, make one-handed steering easier!

I have this in all the family vehicles, 09 XB, 10 Prius, 05 suburban and 07 jeep. My wife has had 8 shoulder surgeries with the 9th coming up. These are a tremendous help for her. They get installed on any vehicle we have had.Theyre not technically legal in Ca, but if a cop mentions it, and hear why, they are fully understanding. Plus theyre removable and dont really care. Theyre mlunted top center just to assist for turns, not lower for normal driving.

The spinner knob is just fine, but the alan bolts (screws) are not. No matter how careful I was to tighten them, when they started to get tight the pressure of the alan wrench reamed the screw heads and made it impossible to get them completely tight or even to remove them. I have not been able to find a replacement for these, so the knob is pretty much useless. Anybody know where I can get some replacement screws that fit, preferably with a regular screw head or phillips head?

I used to have these on all of my vehicles back when the vehicles all had steering wheels the size of a hula hoop. They made it much easier to park those cars. Now that I'm old, the steering wheels aren't so huge, but this gadget still makes it much easier to drive and park my big truck. Installs easily, spins freely, and works great. Just what I needed.

Su calidad va acorde al precio. En mi caso lo uso para apoyarme en el manejo debido a una limitación en la muñeca izquierda debido a una fractura y me sirve a la perfección. Viene con su llave para ajustarse al volante. Considero que los tornillos que se deben apretar para sujetar al volante son cortos. Todo es de plástico y después de un tiempo de uso rechina, estoy considerando comprar uno de mejor calidad, éste me sirvió para ver si me ayudaría o no en el manejo y así lo fue.

Amazing product. Looks very nice even though it is plastic. Works perfect on my VW rabbit. Cars should be built with these, standard. Great price. Very happy. Delivered on time. I would not pay much more for similar device. I think price is prefect.
