Good quality and good product. Helps me to exercise. After some time the resistance of the band may become too light for a heavy user. As a suggestion... Please try sending products with adjustable bands to increase work out strengths.

Worst.. don't buy it
I bought this product and within one and a half month the knob of the foot holder came off.. worst quality Chinese material....you would rather do 15quats daily then to waste your 549 on this product.... wish I could get my money back
