i have had problems breathing thru my nose my whole life because of a deviated septum and surgery didnt help. it causes a lot of drainage and im constantly blowing my nose. i was skeptical of this working at all but for $14, i decided to try it. i've spent more on other things so its worth a shot, right? and i must say i was very pleasantly surprised. i did read a couple reports before buying this that showed the red light in this frequency has shown evidence of reducing any inflammation in the nasal passages and after using it the first time, i could actually feel a difference after. i could breathe thru both nostrils fine, which usually requires some kind of nasal spray to do. the effects lasted a few hours and when i started feeling the left side not being able to breathe again, i grabbed the light and 4 minutes later it was all good again. i cant say everyone will experience the same results but i definitly feel a difference and see this as one of the best things i've bought off amazon. as a side note, i looked in the mirror while using this and with the red lights, i could actually see my nasal passages thru my nose and could clearly see the deviated septum. lol.

Within a month, the device was not working properly. The light would shut off and on during use, or not work at all. I changed the battery, but soon realized it was the device itself. I would not purchase this again, nor would I recommend it.

The reviews stating you have to take the battery out are incorrect. You turn it off with the same button you turn it off with. Seems to work fine. It clears congestion pretty well. My only complaint is the prongs that go in the nose are a little large. I can get them in but it’s not comfortable.

Since using this product I have been able to eat more things. I suffer from Parosmia/Dyseugia and was only able to eat about 5 things. Now I can eat much more. I’ve used this 2-3 times/day for 15 minutes for the last 1.5 months. I originally thought I had to take out the battery to get it to turn off. I found out that if you unplug the nose lights from the main device it will blink for a few seconds, then turn off. Or it will turn off by itself after 15 minutes. This is a great product and I really do think it is helping. I’ve noticed the days I don’t use it, my Parosmia/Dyseugia is worse.

I bought this hoping it would help with my sinusitis with polyps and I haven’t really noticed any difference with daily usage. I’m not sure Doctors or anyone truly understands how to effectively treat sinusitis.
