Fits as needed with plenty of room for small to 3X. Since I have swollen legs its great that it can release to wrap around for a perfect fit. The support is firm but gentle with soft material. I've tried a lot of these in my life and find this one to be the Goldilocks of knee supports. Very happy with this.

I use these almost every day. I bought these to help support my legs for standing for long periods of time, but I use theme almost daily, to go walking or doing chores. Ironically, the only time I don't use them is when I'm at the gym. They have really helped me walk for much longer distances without pain. I carry them in my handbag.

These definitely help support while working out. I have really bad knees, so squats aren't the easiest for me to do, but have gotten much easier when using these. I'm a pretty small and was worried they might be a little too big for my legs, but they weren't. Definitely recommend for anyone who has a hard time with squatting.
