The media could not be loaded.  When I opened the box, I've got to admit I was disappointed. The dryer was smaller and lighter than I anticipated.I turned it on, and it was barely putting out any air at all. There was absolutely no way this would dry my dog!!Thankfully I took two seconds to actually look at the dials and realized that I can actually adjust the air flow! It ended up working fantastic! My last dryer died recently and I was worried I'd be disappointed by the new one I got, but this is definitely an improvement. It's got an option for heat, but I didn't use that yet since it's still warm outside.My only concern is that the hose gets hot, so just he careful of that when using it.

I've been wanting to get a professional dryer for my pup for several years but it was much too cost prohibitive. I was not prepared to pay $200+ for a dryer. When I saw this dryer I thought it was too good to be true. After reading all the reviews I was hopeful, so I ordered it.WOW! Am I happy I did. It usually took me about 45 minutes to thoroughly dry my beautiful Shih Tzu baby. Well let me tell you I was able to dry him in under 10 minutes and he looked great!I will recommend this wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone. if you're on the fence about this one...jump off now and run to your computer, phone or tablet and order this thing QUICKLY! You won't be disappointed. I wasn't!

I got this with the hopes it would cut my time with drying my dog (Cockerpoo). It works great so far. I’ve used it about 4 times. It drys fast! The power of the blower is stronger than I expected. My only wish is that there was more control on the high/low setting. I use the lowest setting and it’s still too much power. But overall it’s a good purchase.

The dryer works great, it has cut drying time significantly. The dryer is not that loud and there is no screeching sound when the attachments are on. Love the multiple attachments the dryer comes with. The only downside is that the plastic tubing gets hot fast. Overall, great purchase for my Aussie!
