Mental Mind Improver?
I thought there could've been more in this medicine. It works fairly well, but could be better for memory.

Do the caffeine math. There is plenty of it in FocusMD
I noticed FocusMD did put some pep in my step and made me feel a bit more alert. Then on about day 3 I started getting palpitations. This has happened once before and, after an ER visit and a cardiac workup, it was determined that the likely culprit was caffeine. After that fiasco, I have been limiting my caffeine and it has had the intended results of eliminating palpitations. I am otherwise a very fit person with great blood pressure and a low resting pulse. But FocusMD brought the palpitations back. And once they started again, I took a hard look at the ingredients and FocusMD and noted it has "organic coffee-berry energy coffee fruit extract" 285mg and noted this ingredient is 70% caffeine. It also has "neurofactor coffee fruit extract" 100mg with no indication of how much caffeine it contains. But just 70% of 285 equals about 200mg of caffeine which is the equivalent of at least 2 cups of strong coffee.I don't know if there are other ingredients in Focus MD in addition to the caffeine that contributed to the unpleasant side effects, but after 2 days of not taking it, the palpitations are almost resolved. Another day and I imagine I will be back to my normal self. I was hoping for something no so dependent on stimulants to give me more focus. The rest of Focus MD will be going into the garbage.

Worth a try!
I like experimenting with nootropics so that I can zero in on what works for me. The FocusMD Brain Booster is one of the more interesting ones so far. The manufacturer claims it improves concentration, memory, and cognitive function. The ingredients here are proven: Huperzine A, L-Tyrosine, B vitamins, and vitamin C. I am a bit wary about caffeine (Advanced Neurofactor coffee fruit extract), as I already have trouble sleeping, so I've been taking this supplement during the first half of the day. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule, so this bottle would provide you with one month's supply. Have I noticed any significant improvements in my mental sharpness and cognition? Possibly, but it is difficult to quantify the results. The product is a little less expensive than some other nootropics I tried, as it amounts to about $1.40 per day. The capsules are not very large and are easy to swallow. Overall, this is a high-quality supplement that is worth a try. I recommend it.
