After purchase, one of the lights did not work. I could not find a way to contact the seller about the item so I posted a one star review. A day after posting the review I was contacted by the seller about replacing the defective light. So this is an updated review for them. Thank you very much for replacing the defective item. The two that are working for me work very well & are very bright. I charge them about once a week. The 3rd light that was replaced works very well... so I now have 3 working lights.

As another reviewer stated I also only had 2 pit of 3 work. I actually tried to put up the third one yesterday and was disappointed that it did not work on the auto setting. It works on the "on" setting but that was not what I purchased these for. When one doesn't work $25 for 2 of these is on the expensive side.Update: I had put the one that did not work in the box figuring I could use the cord as an extra. I got it back out today and tried it again. It was all charged up. It didn't work so I kind of shook it a little and took it into a dark room again and it actually worked! So I am pleased, Also I had gotten an e mail from the seller which I only read today. I believe they had notified me to make my purchase right which is a big plus for this seller., It is working now!

I like that it came in. After I tried it out, it's pretty great. Quite sensitive, so make sure you place it strategically. It is enough to see when getting out of bed, and detects simple movements, often too much since I misplaced it. It comes with a two sided stick pad or screws if you want screws or suction cups if you prefer those or some twist thing that I don't know about. All 4 come inside a small ziploc type of sealed packaging within the box. Has a removable cover so that you can stick the cover and remove the device for charging. Very convenient and well thought out.

These have great versatility. I've used the flip-out hooks to hang one at either side of my dark closet, and when I reach in to open the drawers of the tall chest at the back, one or both lights come on instantly with no hassle. They're pretty close to each other, but they don't interfere with each other. I also like that I can switch them to full ON for things like extended closet searches, laundry hanging, or re-organization. The batteries have lasted a long time now, and I know they'll be easy to take down and recharge when needed. I'm thinking of mounting one of the magnet plates inside the top of my standing wardrobe - so when I need more light in there I'll be able to just grab one of the closet lights and pop it up there. And thank goodness for the option of WARM light! Cold may be brighter, and it's a nice option to have on hand, but it doesn't feel like home.I bought a number of other motion-sensor LED lights for the other closets in my new house (none of them have any lighting), but these were better by far. I'm considering buying more and replacing all the others.

got these for my attic stairs. I have a hideaway built up there and migrating the narrow steep stairs at night can be tricky. I got these and charged them up pretty quickly and then used the screw brackets to align them down the stairs. So far they work really well. I accidentally bounced each one down a few of the stairs and they survived well and still work fine. I'm using the white light and it illuminates really well. The sensor has a 120 degree radius so you need to make sure you set your light so that it trips at the right time. I used the stick on tabs to get my initial set up. Note that the stick-on tabs will only let you use them a couple of times before they give up. That's how the first light got bounced down the stairs. One of the magnets came out of the light but I fixed it with super glue and it's holding fine. It's a good solution for me. Update: the super glue did not hold the magnet and the light bounced down the stairs again but still works fine. Ill install a hook this time and hang it. These things do take a beating....Edit: They really do take a beating and I bounced these down the attic hard wood stairs another couple of times but alas, after the last bounce, both are toast. The problem is the connections. The magnet isn't strong enough to handle a bump nor is the plastic hanging piece. i may need to look for another solution but if you won't be bumping into to them, they work great.

At first, these lights seem to be a bit slow to respond. They are very sensitive to other light in the area/room. It is this feature that actually serves me better than the rest. If you have the lights set to automatic, they will indeed pop on as soon as motion is detected, providing the area is dark. If the sun is coming up or you have turned on a light they will not. This means you can set and forget. The other similar products do not seem to measure existing light in the area, so they just keep turning on regardless. These are also pretty bright! You can fasten, prop or hang the fixture. To my knowledge, the competition does not hang?? I'm ordering more.

Have been using these lights for years as a hands-free light to lead the way to the bathroom at night.Old problems have been fixed. It lets you know when to recharge it with a red glow indicator, rather than blinking on and off, telling you to turn it off and that it should have been recharged yesterday.Also it has multiple ways of installing it, including my favorite - just place it on a horizontal surface.

Loved the lights. Was not expecting such quality.Haven't installed them yet buy know they will work well for the application I intend for them.Thank you!! Will buy from you again sometime.

Annoying when items don't work as described. Switch on back of lights let you select either 3000K Warm White / 6500K Cool White. One light works correctly the other doesn't. When you flick the switch Only 6500K Cool White works. Quality control! There is none. So much for the TOMSOO brand.
