Very nice replica
A very nice replica. It wonderfully matches my old Mappin & Webb honey bee.It was promptly sent and very well packaged.The little spoon though might easily be overseen and therefore thrown away with the foam protection. So be careful to unpack it also. It’s placed IN the polystyrene on the side

This is super cute but it doesn't close all the way so fruit an d regular flies can get in.

The Queen Bee
The perfect gift for the lady who has most every thing. She will love this bee and will use it! I had never seen a honey container like this one. Just lift the wings to paddle out the honey.The bee was packed so well, there was not a chance for any part of it to be broken

Cute, but not exactly as described
A friend of mine has this same “Honey Bee” and I wanted it really badly, so I was thrilled to find it.One of the things I loved about hers was the paddle it came with. And this one was described, and pictured with the same paddle. However, what I received was a spoon and not the paddle said to have been included.The Bee is great but the product did not come completely as described. A bit disappointed.

NOT "Silver Plated" & not of a quality worth the price.
This is actually "Nickel Plated", as stated on the box. While I know Nickel plating will require less, if any, polishing than silver plating, it is being sold as "Silver" so it's misleading. I tossed up about spending the money on it & only did so because it was supposed to be silver - it implied a certain quality. This is not the case. The welding join on the spoon (note: spoon, not "paddle") is obvious - not a smooth join & the wings sit off-centre to the open end at the top of the abdomen. Overall, a misleading listing & not a quality-made item, at an inflated price... but, I just now see that there is another listing for almost $20 less that states it's "plated in Nickel". It appears I was sent the wrong item - perhaps as it has been barcode-labelled incorrectly. Definitely sending back.
