Great product, Amazing Customer Service!
This is a great product, but what really makes this a 5 star review is the amazing customer service offered by iRSE. I ordered this bottle because a friend had gifted me a similar one that I use all the time at home, and I wanted something like it to use at work. What won me over was that the lid also functions as a cup, and this was the only infuser that offered that. This bottle works great! The filter is very secure and the holes are just the right size to keep loose tea from flowing through. The only way that this could be more perfect was if it were double walled for insulation- if you like a lot of hot tea, the glass gets too hot to directly hold, but the rubber grip and handle stay cool. After using and loving my bottle a few times, disaster struck- I dropped the cup on my tile and it shattered :( I hopped on Amazon and reached out to iRSE to see if it was possible to buy a replacement lid. Not only did they respond within a few hours, they also offered me 50% off for a repurchase so that I could use my bottle again! All I can say is I can't wait for my new bottle to get here!

Pay attention to the oz size. Its smaller than it looks in the photo. My main problem is that the strainer is not fine enough. The holes are big enough to let some of the small tea fragments to flow right through. I will be returning this item, as I don’t want to be drinking bits of tea leaf.

Traditional Tea Ceremony Meets Modern Technology
Amazing for a Chinese or Taiwanese tea vendor. I bought one and in 24 hours had 2 requests to buy them off me. So ordered 2 more cause I'm not gettin rid of mine. Best tea infusor I've ever had and at a great price. I have been in the tea biz for 3 years and this diffusor wins across the board if you like traditional style ina modernized go go go method.
