Good quality product
Difficult to use with long knives but I think the instructions recommend 2 units.Very good unit all the same.

Good idea executed poorly.
Couldn't get this contraption to line up evenly, no matter how I adjusted it, one side was closer to the cutting edge. Not by much, but enough to give an uneven bevel. I can do better by hand.
