Easier than sealant by far and cleaner

Used this product to go around a small bathroom at the floor to wall joints. This sealant is much thinner than the previous stuff I used, years ago, which was a real pain to remove - tip; remove old glue/adhesive with WD40. Spray on leave for a few minutes and scrape off, wiping off any sticky residue remaining after scraping. Only issue with this newer product is the backing-paper. It's too thin! the best way to use this tape in a floor/wall join is to pre-fold the tape, push it into the floor/wall angle then remove the backing paper and stick to both surfaces. Sounds simple but the backing-paper constantly tears along the centre fold and means it is difficult to get an even straight finish and the tape thickness/thin-ness suggests it may not last long. Still it's not dear just over order and you will be fine.

Got this as the silicone that was fitted just couldn’t cope but now it’s fine.

I bought this for round my bath & at first it looked great. Nice & white & fresh but didn't stay white for long, it's now kind of yellowing.

Used this to stick a bath panel to the bath. The panel was cracked and silicon would of looked unsightly. Simple to fit and cut. It's temporary until the bathroom suite is replaced, the only reason it's not 5 stars is the bend of the panel pushed part of the adhesive away as it isn't that sticky/strong. A bit of silicon glue sorted this though overall very happy.
