Gel has a very strong hold did not make my scalp feel dry or irritated. No flakes, held my hair in place all night long. Gel washed out easy with shampoo. Great deal for the money, will buy again.

This is a super strong hold gel. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Aussie Instant Freeze Gel (hate the reformulation) and I think I found it. But I had to tweak it a bit cause it’s too strong hold. I have to mix it with water and use a tiny amount…like pea size amount. But it really hold mys 2c/3a curls in place for days. It also smells amazing and the tub will last me the rest of my life. Plus it’s a great price, especially for 2 huge tubs.

I use this gel to make my hair/face glitter. It is clear and does not smell bad. Has to right amount of hold! I have bought several of these and they always come packaged nicely so they do not get damaged during shipping.

I used these for a class art project so can’t comment on how they work for the intended purpose, but the smell is very strong and even months later I smell it when I walk by the sensory table.
