It’s good
The cover is vibrant. The paper is good quality and has little bleed through when using markers and paint.

Better than expected
it’s quite a handy size and at 200 GSM the pages are more substantial than your average sketchbook and suitable for mixed media. The signatures lay flat nicely and stitching looks durable

Very sturdy paper, great travel size
The media could not be loaded. I tried this out today when I got it. I used gouache and Posca markers. It held up surprisingly well to the poscas, which tend to make this texture of paper pill. I would say the paper in the us is nearly the thickness of watercolor paper so the water didn’t ripple through at all. That was nice. I will be using this for plein air and probably keeping in my bag on a daily basis.

Amazing Paper, Supports LAYERING of Markers with Minimal Bleed
The media could not be loaded. At least for me, this little sketchbook had amazing paper. The look and feel to it was incredible, I had layered it a bunch of times with my alcohol markers and even some colored pencil and only a tiny tiny splotch transferred to the next page. Nothing I couldn't have covered up with something new like another doodle... I just had to return it because of the size, was too small for my huge drawing preferences. If it came in bigger size options, I'd totally buy to try the sketchbooks out. Other than that, zero complaints from me and the cover color is cute since it's pink IMO

Love this sketchbook!
Okay, so when this first arrived I had some doubts about it. Mostly because it had so many dents in the covers and the binding was open. Open binding isn't necessarily a bad thing in my opinion. But when I saw that the last page was damaged from the eyelets that weren't completely flat, I had some disappointment. HOWEVER after using the sketchbook I absolutely love it! As you can see from the photos, I tried a few different mediums on it. The dragon flower is prismacolor col-erase colored pencils. I also switched them and did a couple of eraser tests. The bunny is Himi jelly gauche, the flowed is a mix of watercolor brands and lots of watery layers. For the dark background I used a granulating color with my princeton Neptune brush in size 14. So lots of water. The mosaic piece was a think liner from ohuhu and Archer&olive arlcrylograph markers on the backside of the watercolor. The thick pages held up so well! And the acrylograph markers aren't that great. They have plastic bins that get scratchy. But the paper didn't rip once! Not a single shed! Then the hippocampi is layered alcohol markers and Crayola colored pencils (the 100 set). With the texture of the paper and the absorbency, I wouldn't say it was good for super detailed work with the alcohol markers. But it still gives a nice result. And even the Crayola colored pencils worked beautifully on top with this paper. I took away one star for the damaged covers and the damaged page, but other than that I'd have given 5 more if I could!

Sturdy!
This is an excellent book. Sturdy and well-made. I'm glad it came in a pair of two.

Nice hue but…
I love the gray tone, BUT this is not multi media paper and my book is already falling apart after 3 drawings. I will give this company another try though.
