If you are looking for sea buckthorn for dry eyes, these do work. If I don’t take these, my eyelids often stick to my eyes after sleeping and if this happens to you, you know how painful this is. I take one in the morning and one at night and my eyes open no problem after sleep.

This is the second kind I have got, the previous one being pretty much the same price for 40 softgels. There's not taste that I can detect and being someone who suffers from fibromyalgia I have hit a very low with my energly levels. I have taken this supplement about 3 weeks, 2 and a bit with a different brand and coming up to a week on this brand. My energy levels are getting better but time will tell. I read a lot about it and have ordered some Sea Buckthorn honey so am giving it a good stab!!!
