a great in-depth look into running
I like the ins and outs of running it was fun. Didn’t like the repetitive ‘funny running signs’ which was unneeded as we got the idea from the start!

All the Motivation You’ll Ever Need
In a world of endless fitness and exercise choices running often gets forgotten. Probably the easiest to do and most accessible way to get fit and lose a few pounds gets overlooked. This delightful book tells us not only of the physiological benefits of a jog and even the psychological benefits of hitting the pavement but of the simple joy that going for a run can bring. Running as a small, positive lifestyle choice we can all make to improve ourselves. Sure it answers the perfunctory questions about running like is running bad for the knees. But you can google all that. The books real strength is how it inspires. I’m a proper slow-footed penguin. I won’t win any races, hell, I won’t enter any races. However, I can open this book on a random page and I’m reminded races and records aren’t important. Running is it’s own reward.
