Great specs and at an affordable price, but soon discovered that you only get a box. It does not tell you that your machine is so old that it will not have HDMI points and that you will need adapters, it is so old that you have a CD rom but you have no speakers... I gathered I will need a Screen, keyboard and mouse but surely you can at least make sure that you modernise the ports to fit modern equipment.

Poorly packaged and poor quality but company provided good customer service

Bought as a replacement for a still working but s-l-o-w, older, desktop PC. Looked around at what different retailers had. Decided that the renewed laptop from this same supplier bought a few months ago was such good value for money, this HP unit might also be a "good buy".There was nothing with a similar configuration available at a reasonable price.Not using it for gaming, so cannot comment if it is suitable for this activity. Main use is for carding design and printing.Pro: Rapid boot-up. All programmes run quickly and smoothly which is to be expected with 32GB of memory.Con: Loss of Windows "Photo Viewer". New Windows "Photo" replacement needs getting used to.All-in-all excellent value for money.

I waited 3 days for the order to arrive only to be met with the disappointment of the pc not even being able to start up. Really annoyed by this.

I am a big fan of HP products, so I purchased the item due to its good specifications and its reasonable price. It works great. Has fast SSD and enough RAM for general computing duties. Thanks
