Post-Natal FITsplint (Small (25"-30"), Black)

Most splints were too tall for my short torso. This one fits much better but could be a tad longer. I'm a size 6 and ordered a small, fits perfectly. M would've been too big for sure. I like this splint because it's not too stiff so I can exercise in it at the gym with minimal issues. If I get really sweaty it does roll a little but not terribly. I'm wearing it for diastasis recti after a huge baby and the jury is still out on whether or not it is helping but my PT recommended I get this one!

Have diastasis recti and PT recommended a splint. I tried this one but it’s not wide enough. The straps were long enough but this barely fit the length of my torso. It also didn’t stay put despite the traction on it…which actually left marks on my body. Was hoping this would work because it’s the only splint of it’s kind. Just needed to have more straps.

I've tried 4 different kinds of wraps to help with post-natal DR and this is by FAR the most comfortable and most effective. Other brands either don't cinch tight enough (yay adjustable!), are extremely difficult to get on (yay velcro!), or have corset-style boning that makes them very inflexible and uncomfortable to wear for very long.The FIT splint is the only one I can put on and take off quickly and is comfortable enough to wear all day long.

I have no issues with this splint. My PT recommended it to me after I saw her for my Diastasis Recti. DEF order a size smaller than you think. I measure at a 30in waist and wasn't sure if I should order medium or small. I am so glad I ordered a small b/c it stretches out quite a bit after the first week of wear.

Positive: Package arrived super fast. The splint is comfortable and can easily be worn under any clothing.Negative: I have a VERY short torso and this splint only covers half of it. I also found that it rolls into itself on the side covering my abdomen...meaning it becomes even smaller. I have tried adjusting it...as has my PT...and there is not a location where I can wrap it to prevent it from rolling when I move in any way and, therefore, shortening an already short width. Just laying down in bed after readjusting it caused it to roll into itself. You would think that for the price, the split would cover the area it is supposed to be supporting. I would definitely have to buy 2 in order to cover my entire separation.

This is comfortable and helped some, but the design is poor - the two sides were constantly coming apart and/or just not getting snug enough at my belly button, where it mattered the most. I've only worn it for a total of 8-10 weeks and the velcro is shot.
