My favorite prayer
I bought one for a friend and one for me. This is my favorite prayer because I believe the words to be so beautiful. Also, St. Francis is the patriot Saint of animals. The gold detail was very pretty, the art work waa beautiful ans the lamination waa done well. Both cards came in good condition. I'm so happy that I bought them. I am not even catholic (I'm greek orthodox) but I did go to catholic school and this prayer is my favorite of all. Such a good prayer to bring about the energy of peace.

Beautiful Daily Reminder
This card is a beautiful daily reminder of what it means to live in peace. During the holidays we are always uttering the words "Peace on earth; goodwill towards man", but what does that actually mean and how do we achieve it? The Peace Prayer is a gentle reminder of the many facets of selflessness that contribute to peaceful and respectful coexistence. Although not written by St. Francis, it is strongly associated with him and is often referred to as St. Francis' prayer because he was known for his deep and abiding compassion and his selfless and generous spirit towards all living creatures. You do not need to be Catholic (I'm not!) to treasure this prayer and find inspiration in its words. It's gentle instruction for daily living goes far beyond the simplistic cliché "Love one another" by reminding us of the many ways we can nurture our humanity. The card itself is beautifully done. There is nothing garish about it and it is done in soft, warm earth tones. I love that it is laminated for extra protection as it is something you'll always want to have with you :-) Beautiful card, beautiful prayer, beautiful thoughts!
