Scratched lens due to chipping hammer
Basic product for beginners. Quality ok. EXCEPT for the scratched lens on the helmet due to the chipping hammer in contact with the internal plastic lens. The gloves fit my large hands. May be too large for small hands. The wire brush was wrapped in bubble wrap as the chipping hammer should have been. I will keep the kit and hopefully the manufacturer will wrap the hammer in future shipments. Update March 21 2022. I reached out to the manufacturer and they are sending a replacement lens.

It’s a good start up kit. I just wish the helmet stayed up automatically.

Honestly pretty great!
This beginner kit is great for beginners, comes with the essentials that are very good quality! Or In my case when your helmet broke and you don’t wanna spend loads on a new one, the helmet isn’t adjusting so weld in a well illuminated area or else you’ll just be looking at a black glass panel until you create your welds, other than that this kit is perfect and the hammer it comes with is probably my new favorite of the 6 I have

Worth it for the beginner like me.
Great price it's exactly what you need to get started. Just add a grinder. Helmet could use some work, but at this price you can't beat it.

overall great setup if you want everything at once , but mask is too dark to see out of
Can't beat the price. Everything is made of good quality. Great for a beginner like me . My only compliant is the lens on the mask is took dark for me and the mask would never stay up when I pushed it up . It kept falling down over my face no matter how much I tightened the knob . The lens is a # 10 , I simply went to the tractor supply store and bought a #8 which was a little lighter , Now i'm good to go. Yesturday I had to use my own sun glasses and put my eyes at risk.Today I spent 6 more bucks now I have something to work with .

feels so cheaply made, speaking the helmet, it has sharp extra pieces of plastic is sticking everywhere, i could of cleaned it and used it but for the price no, it's not even worth $3... the hammer and the brush you can get better quality from Harbor freight for less than half the price
