Although the smell is not good but it contains a lot of Vitamins. Still, I have not tried it a lot but I tried it for a week and found it's working. Nonetheless, before using it, please consult any medical officer as any Muscle growing tablets does not suit to all type of bodies. I took medical help before using it and they told it's fine to use.

This is a nice product from muscle XP. Not only recommended for gym goers but also other people who want to take care of their health. As it contains more vitamins and minerals than other products. One tablet is sufficient for a day as it meets the daily recommended dose in most vitamins and minerals. Good product overall at a lesser cost compared to other imported brands like ON, Muscle Tech etc. I was detected with some vitamin deficiency and this product was there to save me! Overall good product. This product received a few days before is simply wonderful, why i said is because i am very sensitive to vitamin changes. Mostly every person cannot feel the change even after taking this supplement for 2 to 3 months. I felt the change within a week as i closely observer the changes. The changes are like freshness in your sight, mentally cool and alert, the freshness of the air you breath, the lessening of strain in your legs and joints even after long brisk walks. I actually felt that the quality of vitamins are natural and effective. BUT for those people with moderate to high BP you should be careful while taking this supplement as it contains minerals. While taking this supplement monitor your BP for a month or more on a regular basis because if the minerals quantity is more then there will be a rise in BP as the minerals absorb more water in your body increasing water content slightly more than the normal which intern puts load on heart and the heart has to work harder and therefore the BP rises. Accordingly adjust the dose like using 1/2 tablet or 1/4 tablet at different times of the day or by increasing the gap of days between 2 tablets. Anyways the added advantage in this supplement is the Ginseng and the antioxidants, the former increases sexual wellness and latter for removing the free radicals due to pollutants which cause dangerous diseases. Antioxidants protects every cell in your body.This product really contains what it has mentioned and also safe.

I was always doubtful about multivitamin supplements and if they really work, get absorbed but and I could really feel the difference in my body. Energy levels are up and stamina has strengthened.

Be carefull.I ordered a couple of medicines. All of them were with recent mfg dates & the expiry date being almost 2 years from now.But this product, which has Shelf Life of 24 Months, was delivered to me with only 3 Months Shelf life left.
