9/11 the Conspiracy Theories: The Truth and What's Been Hidden from Us

Author, David Gardner, harps on the assertion that US intelligence services failed to share information about two of the 9/11 hijackers that may have thwarted the attack. An inordinate amount of the book is spent on the verbatim transcripts of the confused air traffic controllers on that day. For those looking for alternative explanations, the title is misleading. There is interesting material near the conclusion. He raises questions about the demise of noted journalist Jamal Khashoggi in that he may have had embarrassing knowledge about Saudi involvement with al-Qaeda. Also, the prolonged search for Osama bin Laden and his summary dispatch raises uncomfortable issues of collusion. I'm surprised Gardner didn't mention the 1898 sinking of the USS Maine in Havana harbor as a precedent for war in his chapter on nefarious proposals to unseat Castro. It is worthy that he emphasizes the loss of the families and their continued search for answers. He states that the official report was largely based on outsourced torture and that going to war with Iraq over weapons of mass destruction was a false pretense. Was nano thermite responsible for the mysterious collapse of WTC 7? Nothing new here as the author reiterates his personal belief that no powerful cabal could possibly be so wicked as to sacrifice so many lives.🤔🤨😐❓🧿.
