As much as I love boba tea, I don't like populating the environment with single-use straws and cups. This set of boba cups gives you the pleasure of boba drinks in an environmentally friendly package. The cups are generous - holding up to 24 oz of liquid. The top screws on and is sealed by a silicone O-ring. Screw on tops are so much better than ones that just snap in place. Then, you have a port for your straw that can be sealed by a plug when you are not using the straw. This solves yet another issue I have with some travel cups that have an opening that can't be sealed and is then an opportunity for spilling. The stainless steel straws are durable and well made.Although these cups work very well for boba tea, and they are equally good for thick milkshakes and smoothies. These versatile cups are fantastic for drinking your favorite beverage on the go.

My daughter absolutely loves boba and is willing to throw away her money at expensive boba shops. So I thought at least if she insists on drinking this maybe I could make it easier for her to do at home and save some money. I got her boba pearls and these cups. She was super exicted and drinks boba out of these all the time. Overall these pretty good and the straws are big enough to get the boba pearls up but I do question the long term durability. We've only ever hand washed these and after the first wash when they had dried and we went to put them away we noticed a crack on the outside. I don't know how it happened or when but it was surprising. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be negatively affecting our ability to use it for boba, there's no leaks and it still seems to be well enough insulated but I guess you have to be careful when handling it?

The acrylic cup is a really thick plastic. Crystal clear so you can see your boba tea. The straws are metal and thick enough to use for boba pearls or milkshakes. They are leakproof if the lid is closed and opening is plugged. However, with the straw inserted, if you knock over the cup, liquid will spill from the straw (not from the opening around the straw, but from the straw itself). They are hand wash only and not microwave safe. They are double-walled, so it keeps the drinks cold a little bit longer.

I am sad that I didn't even get to try this product. The first time I order them they came with a huge crack in one of the cups. They were the perfect size and the one without the crack looked great. I sent them back, ordered another set, and had the same problem. Won't be ordering again.

These cups are great!! The lid is leak-proof and very secure. The cups are as large as the size you'd get at a boba shop and the metal straws are really nice!! My one complaint is that the straws are a bit hard to clean, but I use a thin brush and it gets the job done - still a bit of a hassle, but so worth it to reuse the straws instead of using disposable ones. I use these cups almost every day and I can't imagine not having them now! Definitely recommended.
