Very classy and lightweight however observed it frequently stops working not sure if it's battery issue or something else but needs serious attention

Beautiful looking and great finishing
The media could not be loaded. Before ordering I was a little doubtful about the finishing and quality of the product. Once the product was delivered it was well finished and looked beautiful in my living room. It is value for money and sturdy.

Quality issues!
Defective product. Even after putting the battery the clock is not working! I am trying to replace but it doesn’t allow me to put a request. Very disappointed with the product and Amazon!!!
