Brilliant pink when mixed into yogurt but very mild flavor - not a bit of tartness. Wonder how many teaspoons equals 1 cup fresh cranberries. Have tried several ways to pose this question but seller and Amazon have not answered. Worries me about the product. Seems like it is missing something.

I think it's a great substitute for cranberry pills which are hard to find without gelatin. I used it in hot water like tea (1 cup water + 1 tsp of cranberry extract) and sipped like cranberry tea, I liked the taste.
