It's a very good book

Great review text. It was in much better condition that I had anticipated......more like new than very good.

I am a CS Manager and I have implemented a program to get all of my tech certified and this book has helped in review and also with training of new staff.

Was not what was detailed in the Amazon ad, found the book an incredible waste of money, time and energy. Found the book I needed at Barnes and Noble. More than not likely to use Amazon again due to this being my first and worst experience.

Was this book very helpful to pass the CSCRT test to Ronna Neal
