MUST HAVE for frequent travelers!
I got these to make it easier to practice while traveling for work or family visits. THEY WORK! I've practiced on short-pile carpet, laminate floor, and tile - and no slipping! They take up basically no space in my bag, so there's no excuse NOT to bring them. Highly recommended.A few tips:1) Sizing: I *always* wear a wide width shoe (woman's size 8 wide). My hand and foot measurements put me squarely in the size 3. MISTAKE. If the footies slip up your foot toward your ankle, they're too big. If the palms of the gloves are baggy, they're too big. Fortunately, Jessi from Yoga Paws gave me great advice and set me up with the right size: size 2. Unless you wear at least a woman's size 10 wide or larger, I would stick with size 2.2) Stickiness: the footies and gloves get stickier as your feet and hands sweat. You can jump-start the process by dampening your palms and soles before putting the Yoga Paws on.3) Gross factor: practicing on a hotel room floor is unexpectedly nasty. I was so used to practicing on a mat that I forgot chaturanga dandasana would put my face 8 inches away from a stinky, dusty carpet (instead of my stinky, dusty mat lol!). Put down a clean towel, because you'll stick to that just fine.4) Storage: I poked a little hole in the corner of the mesh bag to accommodate a tiny carabiner, so I can clip it to the outside of my bag to let the Yoga Paws dry thoroughly between uses. It would be great if the mesh bag came with a tiny loop sewn into it.6 stars out of 5!

I wear them b/c I paid for them....
I wear these to every class but more so because I paid for them & its too late to return them not so much because they "work". These are without question incredibly overpriced as they are only moderately functional at best, especially the feet. They make me look cool since I'm the only one at the studio who has them & they are a conversation starter but hindsight being 20/20 to pay more than 10$ max for these is a mistake. The ones I have appear to be a perfect fit to my hands & feel, but the foot ones don't stay in place at all. They fold & slide down too far past the pads of the feet for any sort of resistance & at times I get so frustrated I get out of pose to remove them all together because they are slipping around on my foot (& hurting between my big toe) more than my foot would slip on the pad bare & without them. The hand ones are basically workout gloves. They work better for my HIIT Hot Pilates than anything yoga related. Help me grip my weights etc without getting callused on the pads of my delicate hands. That said I already have workout gloves & if I needed new ones I could have grabbed a pair of workout gloves from Target or Ross for 5$ like the ones I have had for years that are still in perfect shape & been just as well off. Great idea, great name, stylish--but not functional at all and not work the $30 price tag.

Buy it now
Buy these. Do not think twice, don't question it. If you do yoga and have any issues at all with your hands slipping - buy them now.I could never do a downward dog properly, my hands would slip no matter what mat even the very first one. I would try to push harder down to try not to slip and hurt my wrist. This became so routine, that I had modify every dog to be off my wrists. One use of these pads, and I can do ever dog. The entire class became obsessed with these paws and are ordering them. Even on the hardwood of the room, they stuck like glue. I wear a womans large glove, yet size 2 fit perfect. I wear a 9 shoe, and the size 2 was perfect.

Yes!!!!!
These are fantastic. My sweaty hands and feet made it difficult to get deeper into some of my favorite poses, especially if they were at the end of a workout. I tried grippy gloves and socks, but they were so hot! No ventilation. And the nibs would wear down in certain areas so quickly. So I found these and OMG am I in love. They're wonderful! Full grip that comes from the fabric rather than an added on silicone nib, ventilation so they're aren't too hot, and super easy to use (unlike those darn socks with the individual toes). My only complaint is the the velcro on the gloves cuts into my arm a TINY bit in certain poses, but I have unusually small hands, so I don't think this would be an issue for most people. But overall, I love them. My warrior poses are awesome now!

Update — All the lettering on the feet is gone now. I’ve had these a few months. But I started noticing another issue and couldn’t figure out what was happening. My teal yoga mat has a few dark stains. Originally I thought maybe it’s time to replace. It’s a year old. But then it dawned on me, the stains are only on the top of the mat and bottom. Right where my feet are for mountain pose and downward dog. They’re also dark gray. So it isn’t dirt. And I certainly don’t wear shoes on my mat.No amount of cleaning has removed the stains. I’m honestly not sure what happened with this set. It’s only the feet I’ve had issues with. The gloves are great and the quality I expected from the brand. I’ve already replaced my mat. And I’ll buy another set of yoga paws soon. So I’m dropping another star.I’m sure this was a manufacturer’s error. I still love and trust the brand. But if you have issues within the return window, I’d go ahead and try to get them replaced. I wish I had.Original review— These are my second set of Yoga Paws. I swear by them, I love the grip provided and the small wrist support the gloves give me. Despite using a quality mat and cleaning with a yoga mat spray when needed, I’m a slider. I sweat a lot during yoga. They definitely stop the sliding. I can hold poses longer and more confidently.I only have one issue with these. I received them on the 5th and by the 10th both Ys on the socks have fallen off, so they say ogapaws. I’ve used them no more than 3 times. I didn’t have this issue with my other set. I only replaced them because I lost one of the gloves. They still looked new.I won’t return because I’ve already used them, they still work, and they’ve stretched to fit me. It’s just a little disappointing, so I dropped a star.

Easy to slip on and off, great for a few asanas on carpet or flooring. A full session
Exactly what I was looking for. I don’t have a yoga mat in my bedroom but I like to do am/PM 5min sun salutations. I have tried gloves & toe socks to give grip but they were futzy to put on. These slip on and off super quick. They work great on carpet and bare floor.I saw reviewers mentioning getting them for a better grip on their mats, and that’s a poor mat. Grip is everything in your mat and you can’t tell by casual touch, only testing a mat in earnest. I paid 60 for my mat. It was the cheap version of a £100 one and it’s great. So spend more than 50 for your mat and use these yoga paws for quick sessions. They are are great

Disappointed in a few things
I bought these because no matter how grippy my mat is I always end up slipping everywhere. I got them on the 18th November and have used them 6 times total. I'm sad to say the writing has all peeled off them and the socks have stretched to the point that they're not staying in place and offering the grip they're supposed to. I wouldn't care if they were cheap, but at this price I'd expect them to be more robust and fit for purpose. The gloves are smashing.

Strong and Grippy
I know the title is kind of obvious Strong and Grippy which you would expect however although I haven't had these long I can tell from the materials that they use that this item will last a lot longer than my ToeSox Yoga Gloves and socks which is what I've been using prior to these. Now as far as comfort goes the Toesox gloves and Socks are more comfortable. These are grippier than the Toesox. They use a flexible rubber material which is why they aren't as comfortable or flexible as the ToeSox that uses Silicone dots on the socks and a silicone kriss cross diamond pattern on the gloves. Although these aren't as soft and comfortable as the Toesox they are still comfortable enough and I suspect they will get even more flexible with use. Overall I prefer these to the Toe Sox because of the Grip strength and the stronger materials look like they will far outlive the ToeSox similar products.

100% yes
I get really sweaty palms during yoga and with summer on the way doing outdoor classes these are going to come in really handy. I tried them out on a hot day outside, amazing quality they kept me in place instead of sliding around. Will be buying in more colours!

Not bad
Gloves bit slippery from inside..Got the average, standard size.Perhaps the socks could be longer in length, to cover more of the bottom of the foot, towards the heel area.. 🤔I'm sure the sizing is correct.
