Each sachet has about 9gm sugar.

Ok.... this is absurd..contradiction in terms: is it real ganoderma or rich Brazilian coffee? Those are 2 different coffees. Healthy and non healthy ?

I do not know this, really. I am still impressed with its low acidity while it is still effective.

There is no better deal on great, easy to make, well priced and healthy coffee on the market. If you don't know the benefits of ganoderma, you should go look them up. This product tastes wonderful. I make it with just hot water from the facet, and it works great. Since cream and sugar come in the packets these are extremely easy to make, provide great energy, and taste great.
