Awesome mat, I do hit yoga everyday and i don’t even need a towel because it keeps me from slipping and moving around. But it does absorb moisture WELLL and dries slow.

So I was excited to use this because my gym got rid of the mats so when it arrived and I opened the box it REEKED like if someone put fart spray in it. I tried to air it out for 5 minutes and I had to put it in the trunk of my car because even after spraying bath and body works room spray my room still stunk. If you can find a way to get rid of the smell then it will serve its purpose. I will be returning only because of the smell.

I bought this mat specifically to bring to the gym. I need extra thick padding for my joints, so I was using two gym mats. This replaces the top mat so I'm not lying on someone else's sweat. I chose a thinner mat with a strap so it would be easy to transport. I was pleasantly surprised that its dense properties affords much more cushioning than I expected from a 1/4 inch mat. I also like the included strap. I've only used once. As long as the mat holds up to my gym workouts, its a 5 star find.

a great mat with multiple uses . I brought it mainly for the gym and yoga but have since used it indoors and outdoors in summer months for my children to play on in the garden.its lasted over 2 years and still looks as good as new washes really well too when it gets muddy or sweaty

Habe bisher die sechste Yoga Matte durch über die Jahre, manche waren zu weich manche zu rutschig und zu weich andere waren zu dehnbar so das man samt der Matte gerutscht ist, die gier ist optimal so weit die gibt nicht nach ist aber trotzdem weich genug um den Rücken zu schonen.Die helle Farbe (hellblau) wird leicht schmutzig, was meiner Meinung ein Vorteil ist da man sehr leicht erkennen kann wann man es sauber machen muss. Das einzige ist das die schwitzigen Hände irgendwann doch n bisschen rutschen wenn man länger auf der gleichen Stelle hält. Aber das ist einfach unvermeidlich denke ich. Definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung
