I have loved recliners with heat and massage for years. A relative recently bought a HUGE incredibly soft and comfortable reliever. For whatever reason he did not like it and gave it to me. It had things I did not like though. No heat and massage. It was also very cold to the touch leather.I bought this to add heat and massage. The included strap that holds it in place was no where near large enough. I expected that though because the recliner is so large. I bought other straps and made them work. This now fits the recliner like a glove.I also bought 2 fleece throws and some stretchy suspenders like things to cover this and the recliner. That solved the problem of the cold leather and gave the chair a more consistent look instead of this device just always being visible.Now my chair is perfect. Still incredibly soft and comfy. Warm and cozy, and the heat and massage feels like it is built into the chair.My only gripe is the cord plugging into the remote. That tends to be a bit clunky and in the way.

This has been a great product so far. It is very relaxing and one of my favorite things to use after a hard day of work. It works well and is easy to use. I've had back problems for years and this pad provides comfort and remarkable relief of my aches and pains. A great feature is the heating function, how it improves circulation and the different massage intensity levels to choose from, targeting all the right pressure points. Best of all you can use this anywhere from the bed to the couch, work, and almost any chair. A big positive is having the remote attached so I know it'll never get lost or become a toy for my kids plus there's a side pocket to store it in. I made a great choice with this massage pad and I can see myself using it for many years to come.

It's better than some I tried. It's a good width and the massage elements are good. Shuts off to soon for my liking. Most important I want more heat and less massage but it can't do heat alone which to me is disappointing.S Wolfe

Despite having unlimited battery supply, we've had this for about three weeks.. my mother's used it twice and I've used it three times. It seems like every time the massager grows significantly weaker despite following all instructions. It was great to start with but now we're so disappointed.. This is more like a $15 massager you'd buy around Christmas time. Definitely regret the purchase, wish I would've found a different brand. Maybe mine is defective. I'm not sure.
