Product is good with reasonable price and good packing and timely delivery, thanks for it.Only concern is It stopped working one time after a month of purchase, customer care team is good in response but the local technician is not good, for that I'm reducing one rating otherwise it is eligible for 5*.

Donot buy Visi Cooler. No After Sales Service
Machine stopped cooling after 7 days of purchase.Raised complaint on 11/05, it was attended on 11/05 but the cooling issue persisted. In spite of the fact that we are their regular customer and purchased 5/6 machines from them but now they are not attending to our 1st complaint, even their customer care number remain switched off. Technician who came said that I will come if we visit nearby area . Worst experience with such a Big Company.

Cooling is fast and very good. I switch it off at night but the cold drinks remain cold even till next day.

Serial no. Of product is not correct..
Light is not working inside the refrigerator from the first day onwards ...i raised complaint on that to the Rockwell company they solved the problem.....Thanq to team Rockwell....
