I could not figure out how to get this pointer to produce a single sharp beam. The diffraction pattern it produced was very pretty but not what I needed. I put in a query with the seller, and their response directed me to the third picture in the promotional material, which indicated that the first cap needed to be removed for the beam. This was the part that rotated to change the diffraction pattern, and I thought it couldn't come off -- I should have paid better attention to the pictures! Anyway, I got that cap off (took some nice pulling while rotating it) and the beam was nicely focused to a beam. Great customer service! And good product.

Fully charged this laser pointer and after a couple of seconds it just stops working, charged it again and same thing happens, dont waste your money.
