Res-QLand 'n' Sea Fiber Capsules

I don't really want to get all scientific, the company and it's products are excellent quality and does what it says it will. What I do want to note is that this one actually helps lose weight and keep it off,that wasn't intended use of this product but it is why I still use after a year!
