These have helped me so much in managing anxiety and stress, i like the little motivational messages on them its a nice gentle reminder for us all. Particularly i got them because i found myself reacting to stressfull situations on the road and feeling angry at when other road users decide to be irresponsible. So an incident occurred and i realized i needed something to help me feel calm and less stressed out. I sometimes hold them in my hand when im driving i do its small enough to hold and to change gears and drive safely, so when i feel myself getting stressed or anxious i squeeze it and keep on doing that untill i feel better. I feel genuinely lost without them if i dont have them. I also gave some to my boyfriend as he has a office job and i realized he was getting very stressed and needed this in his life, his colleagues like them too and like to playfully throw them at him. They are honestly life changing in terms of regulating moods, anxiety, stress. I love them. Thank you x
