Excellent. Beautiful distribution of heat . Very easy to clean

Stove glass Top was suddenly cracked with a loud sound. Fortunately no one injured. We normally use two burners regularly and it cracked while using so after two months of purchase. I purchased it after watching same cracking problem reviews.. Thinking of it is a rare problem. Now I regret my decision.

After 4 year of use.1. Don’t cut your granite and use it as hob. Bcas its next to impossible to get other models of the same size from any other company. I am purchasing the same product again as the first one is beyond repair and cant get any other product to fit into the granite hole.2. The burners are made with some foreign technology and its almost impossible to clean it as done in normal gas burners. So call technician and pay.3. Auto ignition will keep on failing. So call technician and pay.4. Glass top is of very tough and good quality.5. Burner stands are tough and of very good quality.6. Design is sleek and good.Over all it is good as a table top burner but not as a hob top.

Except for Service turnaround the product is good

You might accidentally turn the gas knob ON. No locking mechanism for the the knob. Glass is tough. Better not to cut granite because you may not get similar spec hob to replace it. 15K is quite expensive. Electric wire with plug is provided for auto ignition, you need to have constant power if not use usual spark gun. Good unit and suggest you to go for it.

I am disappointed after noticing there is no battery option. Auto ignition stoped working after 2 days

Very bad service within 2 years all the 4 knob got jammed after booking for service i had to wait for more than 2months.Now they say all the knobs has to be changed .the original cost is 950/knob +service charge Rs4550.I always use prestige products I’m very much disappointed with this product
