I love O'Neill rash guards. They are cut well, fit great, don't ride up, and last a long time. However, buyers should know that their sizing runs very, very small. I normally wear a size medium in tops, but in O'Neill, I need an Extra Large. It's a very messed up sizing system, but as long as you know what to expect, you will love this top.

Fits true to size, looks good after a couple washes.

The material of this shirt is so soft and silky. It’s cut well and is very flattering. But the sizing is WAY OFF!!! I wear a small in t-shirts, and my other rashguards are small or medium. So I ordered a medium in this rashguard. It was way too snug for my personal preference. I ordered a large and a XL. Both sizes fit, but I ended up feeling most comfortable in the XL. For reference, I’m 5’3” and 129 pounds.

I am typically an xs-s (5'2" and 108 lbs). I am trying to wear something more modest for swimming and was looking for a form-fitting swim shirt to wear, got this in the small. As per most reviews, definitely size up twice. This was definitely that quite literally skin-tight surfer look. If that's what you're going for, then go for your typical size or one size larger. But, if you just want a normal form-fitting shirt, go two sizes larger. I am returning and if I repurchase I will get a size medium and give an at-length review then. Overall it did feel nice and seemed durable.

I ordered 2 sizes to see what would be best. I teach swim lessons and hate wearing anything baggy in the water. I am 5’2 and 130 lbs. The blue shirt is a size large and the black is a size medium. They’re honestly very comparable and both relatively tight fitting but the black (M) is the one I prefer. It’s not restricting but skin tight. I still like the large one and will keep it but if you’re looking for skin tight, minimal resistance in the water - size up maybe 1 size, not two. I usually wear a S/M in shirts and the medium is perfect. Now to see if the fabric actually holds up in the water!

I swim every day, and my dermatologist told me that I should be wearing some type of swim shirt or rash guard to protect my back in my arms. It was too cumbersome to get a long sleeve shirt, and I tried some short sleeve ones and this is by far the best one that I have tried! the fit is snug which I like.

A lot of other reviewers mentioned that the sizing was inaccurate, but I disagree. I'm usually a size 0-2 and I ordered an XS. I think it fits perfectly. It is snug, but it's supposed to due to the fact that it's a rashguard. Rashguards are typically worn for water sports like surfing/boogie boarding/paddleboarding/ etc., and during these sports you don't want your outfit to be moving around or coming off...hence the snugness. If you don't want something as snug as a rashguard, order maybe a tankini or something? I think this product is great quality and super cute for the price.

As other reviewers said this runs too small, so I ordered a Medium, even though I am an XS to Small. The Medium is way too tight! So, I immediately exchanged it for a Large, and they sent me another Medium!! There is no way to tell them about their mistake and exchange it again. So, I returned both tops on the same day for a refund. The system must be screwed up, because I still haven't been given a refund or a credit. I might have to try to contact them by phone to get one (not an easy task). This could've been prevented if they hadn't sent me the wrong size when I exchanged, and if they had allowed me to exchange again for a Large (don't know why they won't?) Now, I've decided to buy a different brand elsewhere. O'Neill really needs to change their sizing, as they run TWO sizes too small. Also, the color was a little darker than the Pink shown (more of a Raspberry than a true Pink). Both Amazon and O'Neill disappointed me with this purchase. 😩

Ce chandail est fait très serré. Si c’est ce que vous voulez, prenez la grandeur habituelle (je prends des t-shirt médium et large et j’ai pris un O’Neill large). Si vous voulez qqch de plus ample, prenez 1-2 grandeur de plus que d’habitude. Qualité du matériel laisse à désirer: après un lavage, il y a des mailles de tiré..

La calidad está bien, pero viene muy ajustada. Utilicé la tabla de medidas y aún así la siento apretada, si hubiera pedido una talla más grande estaría excelente
