It’s not brushed nickel
Good quality but it is not brushed nickel. We ordered it twice and they sent us chrome.

Sleek and Beautiful
I absoulty love this faucet and so will you. It adds such a nice touch to your tub and all will be asking where did you find that. The flow of water is great, no splashing, looks just like a waterfall. Well worth the price for something unique. If you are looking to replace your old faucet or just need a new for your new tub this is the way to go. You wont be disappointed!

No replacement parts available in USA. Broke after 1 year.
I don't give low reviews very often. I had to for this product.The look on these faucets is nice but the materials are lightweight and not durable. I had someone over who pulled too hard trying to turn off the water and broke the valve. The first time I contacted customer service to ask about what type of replacement valve I needed they were really rude. When I followed up they told me this product is made in and shipped directly from China, so we probably didn't carry a replacement valve for it in the USA. It's been impossible to fix what would normally be a really small problem.

Screen is installed behind wall, change for a gasket. will leak without gasket and thread sealer
I just installed and I always leak test everything. if you don't put the screen gasket in then the T leaks. I replaced screen for regular gasket because I'm not opening the wall to change the screen when it clogs. To the people who say it leaks, do you use thread sealer on threaded connections?

Super quick shipping and impressive packaging!! Looks as photographed and feels very sturdy. Can't wait for the bath to be finished so this can be installed. But it's lovely right out of the box!!!
