I have mixed a scoop of this in my morning tea for a year plus. It blends nicely and has a nice nut like edge to it in my tea. In coffee it would disappear. It is a tonic - not huge magic - slow working and steadily building strengths and improving health. I sense the difference over time and read up on this - in thousands of years of traditional Chinese Medicine this is considered an essential. Certainly no drawback other than a few dollars a month. At 72 yrs old I appreciate each healthy day and seek to gain more of them. This is a pleasant way to help myself. Far superior to spending time in a doctors office trying to "Fix stuff" I guess its philosophy too. Health is not in modern "drug" medicine but is the core of old time tonics and nutrients. I’ll be ordering from them again.I got this for overall vitality and ligament strength but even when I take a half scoop in the morning I can’t sleep that night. And I can’t just return it through Amazon I have to go to their website and do that whole rigmarole. Won’t be buying from this brand again.

My husband is suffering from a hospital acquired infection that has eaten away 40% of one of his vertebrae. He is being treated with antibiotics, and his spine is immobilized in a brace to try and keep the bones from crumbling. While researching supplements for bone healing, I came across a recommendation for eucommia bark and ordered this package from Samsara Herbs. The package came quickly with prime, it mixes easily in his smoothie, and he claims that the flavor is fine. My husband had an appointment with his neurosurgeon last week, and the doctor was very pleased with the healing progress he saw in his spine. If progress continues in the same manner, surgery will not be necessary, and the x-ray even showed a bit of bone tissue growth. I cannot say if this was a result of taking eucommia bark, but am encouraged with these results nonetheless.

Its a good product i was using it combined with an inversion table for my hip pain, also took turmeric. In weeks it only got better and im now pain free i can do squats with no problem.

This is a powerful herbal extract. Great intense flavor and taste. Really helps with back pain. I take it with chaga extract. They seem to go very well together as chaga is very flavorful as well. A righteous combo.

I like the taste, I used it for the pain in my knee joints, the pain subsided little bit,but it's a working progress I'll continue using it and I'll recommend to any one with pain you have to be patient it's not overnight thing good product thanks to superfood evolution's education.
