Springbok's 500 Piece Round Jigsaw Puzzle Carbonated Colors - Made in USA

This could have actually been a fun puzzle to do, but once again a Springook puzzle of poor quality. Several of the pieces looked to have been bent in half. Several other pieces had the design lifted off the cardboard. It suggested on the box to leave the border for last and start in the center. I did but the pieces did not fit tight so every time you added a piece, you had to push the others together. I think I’m done with this brand of puzzle. Too much money to pay for low quality.

Some pieces are not locked in place at first. They are only curved and lay against another and may need two or three more to lock into place. Frustration, as you keep putting the same piece into place until the “locking pieces” are found and can secure the puzzle

I've been buying Springbok puzzles for decades! In fact, it was the only brand I would buy as the pieces are substantial quality and easy to work with - definite snap into place unlike other brands.While this puzzle is still made in USA is a newer item and not the same quality! The pieces do not stay together and fall apart very easily. Very disappointing! I would gladly pay more for quality, sadly another tradition down the drain.

Pieces fall apart from each other after placement when my cat walks on them or when I brush them with my hand; I am securing them with clear packing tape. I have been buying Springbok puzzles for years and have never had anything like this happen before. Springbok has always been my favorite brand. I hope this is a one-time experience.

Some poor soul is getting a puzzle with a missing piece. It appeared as an extra in my box.Over the years, I have purchased nothing but Springbok. Lately, I have experienced missing pieces, uncut and rough pieces, pieces too “loose” and more. I understand the challenges of ramping production during lockdown and pandemic but please, please, please do something about lousy quality control!!!

I’ve been doing puzzles for over 40 years. I love Springbok, however these puzzle pieces did NOT fit securely at all. I’ve never seen this before. None of the pieces fit securely. Was hard to work on as the puzzle kept moving and pieces were super loose.Was disappointed, because the puzzle theme and colors were very fun!

Some of the pieces are bent and have the picture peeling off the cardboard. I have never had this trouble before with a Springbok puzzle. I am using a little tape to fix a few of these pieces. Very disappointed.
