Nobu Miami: The Party Cookbook

I bought this book after a visit to Nobu and it didn’t disappoint. Has detailed recipes on capturing the taste of Nobu, I even bought his other books. So worth it. Family loves it.

I love this book as well as all of Nobu's books. His food is even better from his restaurants, but I don't live close to one so the cookbook is very handy!

Great book but binder was ripped

Great cooking book. Every chefs should get this one. A lot of information. These are also the menu at Nobu restaurant. Everybody should go Nobu restaurant and order from this book.!

Bought this book as a wedding gift that was “new” and it came ripped. I know it’s just the cover but it’s annoying. Like give it to me new. If it was on a shelf like that I wouldn’t have taken it.The book gets 5 stars because it’s my favorite of all the Nobu cook books but the seller gets the three stars
