Something was spilt on them and they don’t work. Package was damaged and has an oily substance over it.

How can I give less than a star? How it’s possible to get 2 positive results, and in reality to be negative? Do you know the pain this cause to someone trying to conceive? El producto es muy bueno, la banda absorbente se pone rosa y se esa manera ya sabes si tomaste la muestra correctamente. El resultado es bastante claro. Lo único es que el empaque fue muy pobre y llego todo aplastado y roto. La segunda vez que las pedí no pasaron la aduana de EUA a México y me quede sin mi producto.
