It took a minute to get used too but it holds everything without putting weight on my shoulders or unevenly on my back. It’s comfortable strong material and well made.Just don’t swing it behind you to use the bathroom while your phone is in the cup holder, phones are water resistant and alcohol sanitized it after fishing it out of the clean water. 😝

I bought this in black a while back and love it so much. There are so many pockets that I have a place for everything that I carry with me. I bought this one as a gym/hiking bag for my mom. She loves the pockets, the adjustable crossbody strap, and how spacious it is for a small bag.I am very large chested, at a 42K for reference, and the strap fits pretty comfortably across me.

The one star deduction is a ding for Amazon, not the bag. Half a star ding is for the bag.This is a great bag with lots of pockets and space. The only problem is with the drawstring pockets on the sides of the bag one of the cords snapped when my kid tried to secure the pocket after putting in a 20 oz tumbler. There is no give to the opening of the pocket so it's a bit of a struggle to get a tumbler or water bottle in. Once you get the tumbler going into the pocket the rest slides in pretty smoothly and is snug and secure. That being said, the drawstrings don't really serve much of a purpose other than for asthetics. Nothing bigger than a 20 oz skinny tumbler will fit in the side pockets. Exchanging the bag was no issue at all, hopefully the new one is better.Be aware that Amazon does not bother to ship these in a box, even if you have an order of multiple items. They just slap a shipping label on the packaging and send it out. There is nothing stopping a delivery driver or anyone receiving your package from opening the package, going through it and returning it back to the bag's packaging. There is also absolutely nothing preventing the bag from damage during shipping. Do better Amazon!

A useful item, works as advertised, great for bike or hikes, great to pack snacks in, and a water when you don't want or need at a full size back pack. I love mine. They also make many other sizes and designs.

Nice bag but the top loop pulled out but they are replacing it. So I am not going a long rant that the company sucks. They are willing to replace it so I am going to get a new one and move on.

I purchased this bag on the used like new and I am looking fir the owner of the contents I found inside. To be sure when and if the owner contacts me you will have to verify the contents of the pink case. I don’t normally write reviews but I’m sure this stuff is missed. ♥️😔

Older folks like my wife and I appreciate brighter colors that show up readily! We’ve learned that the kitchen sink is too big and heavy to lug around so a smaller pack simply works better. Its got plenty of pockets to keep things separate and my wife prefers it to a handbag. There’s a hideout zippered pocket on the back where security tools and devices can be carried.

The bag has many pockets and areas to hold quite a bit of equipment. I carry supplies, large phone charger, many cables, and even water bottles and other stuff.The tightening strings did come off my bag, so I can't tighten the sides anymore. The sides are not large enough to hold a water bottle but they hold my glasses and my clip-on sunglasses cases perfectly.

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD, QUALITY IS GOOD AT FIRST GLANCE, HOWEVER I DID NOT KEEP THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO SAMLL FOR THE PURPOSE IT WAS INTENDED FOR AND HAD TO RETURN IT. PRODUCT ARRIVED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND RETURN WAS VERY PAINLESS AS WELL. CAN ONLY GIVE A 4 STAR RATING SINCE I DID NOT USE IT, SO CANNOT SPEAK FOR THE DURABILITY.

OK for just a few things as a day bag for commuting but not much fits in it. The side cup/bottle holders might be ok for 500ml water bottle, but could not fit my thermal coffee go cup in wither of them.

Very roomy. Nice fabric.
