Impressive stereo with apple carplay. Beautiful.
After searching for a car stereo I ended up going with this 7inch double din stereo. I am happy I chose this guy.I used a tape player converter for years and finally decided to get something to make my truck feel new again. I searched for stereos for about 2 weeks but none had as many features as this one.Note: It comes with a free backup camera! Bonus baby! The install was easy and I followed a YouTube link on how to get the wires to match. It was a 30 minute install from start to finish. The screen is 7” and gives great color even in daylight. The apple CarPlay feature is awesome and allows me to mirror my phone. The stereo is also very user-friendly. Reminds me a lot of iPhone versus an android. It does not lag very much at all if any and runs smooth. The sound is much better than my factory stereo that I had. It works well with my factory speakers.I’ve already recommended this to a couple buddies with old work trucks too. Happy guy!

Item is complete trash. Save your money and buy name brand
Purchased this item a few times because I kept getting defective units. Tried powering on several times with no luck. The connections were correct. We were able to install other radios in my car with no issues. I should have bought name brand and saved myself the trouble. Buyer beware. This radio is complete garbage.

Fits well, looks good
The side mounting holes for brackets are not threaded and you don't get self tapping srews..This makes it very hard to mount the brackets as the screws will just strip. I ended up running a tap through the holes for a more secure fit. I was worried about getting chips in the radio but it wasn't a problem. The volume controls are hard to use and not vary responsive. I use android auto (which does connect easily) but when streaming music you have to turn the volume up quite a bit, then when switching back to radio it will blow you out of the car. It takes a while to adjust the volume. If I buy another unit I'll probably pay more and go through Crutchfield.

Inexpensive car stereo with Airplay functionality
Works with my Camry 2008. Screen resolution is 1024x600. It's responsive, and works well controlling the airplay screen. Airplay is easy. Just plug into iphone, and airplay shows up. A bit surprised how inexpensive car stereo became, since factory install options are thousands of dollars.

Fairly basic, but gets it done, intuitively
I've installed this in all my RV's -- ford e450 .. the double din opening needs a 2-3 mm shaved off, but then it's a perfect fit. the colors in the wiring harness match up perfectly. It's pretty easy to install.for the rv, I had to order an extra long video cable of the same configuration -- worked great. Just plug your phone usb cord into the unit, run the car play or android auto from the unit and your phone.. and it should connect .. open up google maps..

Glitches out and has to be turned off and on again
I really loved this when I first got it but after a couple weeks of use, it started glitching out when using it. I almost always wire my phone to it so I can use the apple car play. Sometimes it does fine while others it will quit working and turn itself off. Or it starts skipping badly and I have to manually turn it off. Other than those few issues, I love it. The screen is great and it’s easy to use with the apple car play.TLDR: Worth the money if you want a newer radio, but still has some glitches.

Hard to install but worth it
If you’re looking to install this on your own you better hope you know what you’re doing. I had to get someone to put it in and it ended up costing a lot but it was worth it in the end the radio is good quality and easy to connect to. overall it’s a good radio the instillation is not the company’s fault

Dont buy
For one mic doesnt work so text to talk is not an option. I thought i wouldnt mind it but it sucks!!! I bought one for my daughters car returned it because it doesnt work with steering controls, and text to talk. So i have mine for two months and the sound is gone. Sometimes it may come back but then goes out. You push on volume button and it changes what ur doing. I know you get what you pay for but even for the basic needs i wouldnt buy this.
