I bought this product to replace my original one that broke after 3 years of using. This one is so flimsy that it feels like it's going to break with a little pressure . The clear head piece or top piece detaches way to easy and I haven't even attempted to try the teaser head piece because Im afraid that if I actually squeeze it it will break off. I'll keep looking for something more durable.

It's a cheap item compared to the one (which came in a 3 pack) I bought from Amazon a year or two ago. No explanation on how to change the batteries.

At first I thought this would ve a great tool. But then I noticed the tip wouldn't stay on. Then the plastic tip broke off in my ear now I cannot use it. Waste of money unless I just got a bad one.If the company is willing to send me a new one to replace this one I will re-review. I am hoping I just got a bad one.The company is refunding my money so I can purchase again. Will update once I have the product again.Update I recieved the new product and so far no problems with it at all. Works like it should.

This is just like using a barbyypin to clean your ears the lights of for self use it has no suction the base doesn't hold the ear cleaning top for long

It feels fairly flimsy, but does do what it says, lighted for easy cleaning of ear wax. I would have liked for it to be a tad more sturdy.
