Bad Representation of product.
First, Amazon I want to apologize. I did receive this package. Unfortunately I was expecting them to be much larger. They're also like limp 10 inch noodles. I cannot use these as intended.

Worked for what I wanted, but
Kudos to the Amazon deliver person. It was windy out, and when they delivered, they put the packages under my doormat so they wouldn't blow away. We have some great Amazon deliver people here! Feathers don't weigh much! :D Like several other reviews, only 9 feathers. And not one came close to 14 ". All were 12" or a tad shorter. But, they came fast and worked for what I needed. Playing with a cat that adopted me.
