30 mins after payment, I received email and message in my amazon account that contains download link, product key and instructions how to set up / install. I just followed those instructions and just a few minutes, I have Microsoft apps all working! So cheap yet easy and really working!! Definitely recommended to everyone! I was very impressed by the service I got from the seller. The licence key arrived a few days after I purchased it. It included comprehensive instructions as to what to do at each stage of the download and installation process. It all worked as outlined in the instructions and the key was recognised as being valid by Microsoft and each of the programmes show that they have been activated.

Yes, it installed OK.BUT when I try to open a doc, first it has to upload it to OneDrive- even if I'm trying to open it from the area of my computer's drive where I keep a mirror of many of my OneDrive files. That's no use to me, as I'm often offline.Basically, MS is, as usual trying to get everyone to dance to their tune, which includes subscribing to Office 365- But sorry, I have 3 massive utility bills already, and I'm not about to take on another one. I'll probably have to uninstall this and use libre office.

Upgrading was fairly simple, and Word, Excel all loaded as they should. However Outlook failed to upgrade, meaning the icon doesn't load the programme and most of my emails over the last year did not get transferred across. There was no technical support - their reply finally was "If you are using all the office applications are they are running just fine then there is no issue with your installed office suit but the configuration/settings need to be fixed to synchronize your emails with mailing server. You would need to contact your email service provider and if they have a website go check it for email settings if you want to do it on your own. Please Note: Each email provider has its own unique settings and only they can provide you to setup properly on your outlook. I'm here to help if you activation didn't work or you had issues installing office on your computer but it's look like you have done it already in good way & now it's just the outlook email setting you need to sort." Essentially work it out yourself. I have lost most of last year's emails. Make sure you back everything up before upgrading.

I bought this from seller, 7Ten, in order to get rid of my MS365 subscription. The seller emailed the key and install instructions within a few hours.Before installing I took a backup of my PC and then uninstalled MS365. The install instructions provided were very easy to follow. The image file to download is about 4Gbyte so depending on your connection speed be prepared to wait a while.The actually installation and activation went through without any problems and Outlook picked up all my email accounts and settings without any trouble. Other programs seem to be working as normal.Just one point - when first installing a splash screen saying MS365 (or Office 365,can't remember exactly) popped up. A little worrying but this is definitely Office 2019 Professional.Only slight differences in appearance to MS365 but for me it has all the functionality I need and much that I don't.I'll give it a couple of days of use then cancel my MS 365 subscription.

I specifically ordered the version on CD-ROM but what I received was some download instructions and a key printed on a very cheap scrap of paper. It's a complete rip-off!
