Very good quality pre-workout mix.I use it every day in the morning, along with my morning coffee.It gives me a much-needed boost to my body, and it takes just a moment to prepare.Sometimes I would take it with me and drink it in the car on my way to work.It contains fast-absorbing carbohydrates and complex BCAAs, and it is suitable for vegans.I really like how fast it is mixing with water. Drinking is also a pleasant experience.High-quality product, and a great taste.I can feel the difference after using it. I feel more energetic and focused. Also less tired.Highly recommended.

My partner has supplemented with BCAAs as well as creatine for a long time now for his workouts and this is a good blend of the two with a mini standard amino acid blend and carbs also thrown in to both help generate and sustain better gains (is a good idea to take a separate stand alone BCAA after your workout too on top of this on lifting/weights days/workouts) and this is also a good option/alternative if you want to avoid caffeine or loading up on heavy or sluggish carbs for a cleaner boost to seeing you through a good session. It#s pricey but effective so would recommend if in your price range but can work out cheaper to get a decent BCAA blend and carb mix separately.

Although this is marketed as pre-workout fuel I have been using it as an intra workout for particularly long sessions. It contains aminos in the 411 ratio along with carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin. It has a handy scoop included making it easy to add to my shaker with cold water. It mixes well and the fruity flavour is lovely. Be aware that this does not contain caffeine so you’ll need to look elsewhere for a caffeinated pre-workout. It is more of a fuel than a pre-workout in that sense. It is a clearly marked vegan product which is appreciated and you’re getting 12 servings which does work out a little expensive at over £2.50 each. However I don’t mind paying this for a product that is vegan and good quality that also tastes lovely.

Doesn’t dissolve, tastes like lemon juice and no pre workout energy/effect at all
